Maritime Legacy
From the heart of Den Helder, I captured Willemsoord’s essence in monochrome. The harbor stretched before me, cradling vintage rescue boats that whispered tales of heroic missions. The Rescue Museum stood sentinel, a guardian of maritime history. Beside it, the Kampanje’s silhouette pierced the sky, completing Willemsoord’s iconic skyline. In this frame, past and present converged, revealing the soul of a city shaped by its enduring relationship with the sea.
